Vista la propuesta del señor Presidente del Consejo de Ministros;

De conformidad con el artículo 122 de la Constitución Política del Perú; y,

Estando a lo acordado;

SE RESUELVE:

Nombrar Ministro de Estado en el Despacho de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, al señor Fernando Rafael Castañeda Portocarrero.
